mlqwz0zp 8wl01iph 330efJd16xtyc6IX 3qs5vy42 Passwords are for QWERTY keyboard only (standard US) Some units only require pressing <enter> after password, some require pressing <ctrl>+<enter> after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once or twice. Good luck. | |

Member: 1881217 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | The dreaded 1D3B! Hi all, I have a latitude E6420 with the 1D3B BIOS, have spent the best part of 2 days trawling the web trying to figure out how to reset the BIOS password. The laptop is a freebie from work and I don't want to rock the boat by asking the sysadmin guys to reset it, we are only allowed one machine but my boss gave me his older one as I work from home so much, officially he would have to return it. I installed more RAM, but it won't get picked up as I can't run the BIOS setup or flash the latest version, help please! (can't really afford the paid services) Service TAG: 22P2FV1-1D3B Express Code 4516601293 Thanks in advance David |
