Passwords are for QWERTY keyboard only (standard US)
Some units only require pressing <enter> after password, some require pressing <ctrl>+<enter> after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once or twice. Good luck.

Your servicetag is for bios unlock. If you want unlock the hdd, please post correct servicetag (8-11 char length + suffix)

I tried with the admin key generated and it worked. I used the same pwd as I had for the hard drive for the windows logon and that's another struggle. During a virus removal I had set up safe mode also with pwd and oh boy my stupidity is adding pain now.
