Try this: Use <shift> key, not <caps lock> key when needed will entering password. Just enter azerty password you mentioned in earlier post. Hold down <ctrl> then press <enter>twice.

Member: 1855998 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 192 | Try one of these: rcxgba wsrmnk pdsyd axfjd xavqezu Instructions: Passwords are for QWERTY keyboard only (standard US). Case sensitive. Some units only require pressing <enter> after password, some require pressing <ctrl>+<enter> after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once or twice. Please report back with results. Good luck. |

Sorry, but free support for that model is not available yet. Looks like your options are limited to either contacting Dell support (They can help you) Here: RouteTo or pay a commercial password site. Such as: Bios Password Recovery -This site owner is kind enough to offer us a break. This is discount code for gsmhosting users: D617680247 Code is valid till March 19th. Just enter this code before Paypal processing. As always, be careful who you send money to. No matter which direction you decide to go, Please report back with who you used and your thoughts on their service.
