External hard disk problem

Hi all please help me my external hard disk 1 to with 3 partitions is asking me to format 2 partitions before using it. I don't want to format because need my firmwares (phones firmwares) on it. The first partition can be open for about 15 seconds and after that disk unplug and plug alone asking to format the 2 others partitions. I tried CHKSDK command line and testdik but i not EXPERT and don't know what to do.
If someone can help me to recover my DATAS and after format it or repair it.Thank in advance

It seems your HDD got corrupted and might be physically damaged. In this case formatting the partition is the only option.
After formatting the Drive, You can try any good recovery software like GetDataBack, Recuva, EaseUS, etc. to recover your files.

But no one can give guarantee for the same. Some or may be lots of firmware/files which is recovered might be got corrupted in the format/recovery process.

If there is any Hardware issue, then you might not be able to recover your files easily.

For Better Chance of recovery, take care about few points:
1. Never write a single bit of data on the formatted drive which you want to recover.
2. Always do the deep scan in recovery for better chances of recovering the files without corruption.
3. Never Put recovered file Back to the Same HDD. Always copy recovered file to different HDD.
