With this budget , I suggest you to go with AMD Processor,

As you already have GC and HDD,

I suggest -

AMD FX-8350 BE / FX-8370 BE

ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866 MHZ (PC3 15000) Desktop Memory (CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9)

+ Get Your Choice of Cooler master Cabinet + Power Supply + Liquid Cooling (Optl. but Recommended )

P.S. : You can decrease your budget with other low cost Mother Board.
