Google pixel swapping Hard Disk from one board to another - GSM-Forum

hi

i have a google pixel the board is dead for some reason and there is no schematic to fix it, the customer wants the data only so i have another pixel same model in working condition i tried to swap hard disk from not working device to the working one but now the device only shows blank screen when i connected to laptop the windows detect a device connected, i also tried to put the old hard disk on the board to make sure the board still working and yes it turns on and boot with the old hard disk but with the hard disk i swapped it doent work. does anyone has experience with google pixel? i know with iphone if you swap hard disk you need to restore the phone until it boots.
