HELP !! Octoplus jtag PROBLEM with win xp 32 - GSM-Forum

I'm Trying unbrick lg d852 with octoplus jtag but when say "please disconnect testpoint" I press ok and my computer is freezed need shutdown the compuert, why this ???

I,m trying 2 different computers with win XP 32 but same problem continue

Hello.

First, please check soldering of Test Point. Try to use different USB port of PC for phone's powering.

Im tried another usb port and another pc but same problem both computer have full freeze
