Problem Octoplus Box JTAG - Box is not connected [Solved]


Hi
I have bought the new Octoplus that include the JTAG port , the box work fine with octoplus Samsung and LG but with Octoplus JTAG the program recognize the box , i see the serial , but give me always Box is not connected , i have tried to reinstall driver but without improvements......currently i'm working on windows 10 ,at the moment i don't have possibility to try on another OS

Solution?

I had problem, for fix it, just use medusa software instead Octopus JTAG, I'd never was able to run octopus jtag, but with medusa works fine. (Is the same team)

Your box should be connected directly to PC (don't use USB hubs for connection), when You launch the Software. Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection.
Try to setup the Software on another, clean (with only required drivers) PC.

What Box do You use exactly, Octoplus/Medusa Pro Box or old Octoplus/Medusa Box (not Pro)?

Have You installed driver? What device exactly appears in PC Device Manager when You connecy Box to PC? Make screenshot of Device Manager and post it here.

I'm having the same problem, the other programs work normal, but with "OctoPlus Pro JTAG software" does not detect the box, I have a box Medusa Pro, I already did card update and continue with the same problem.

Hi.

Most likely, Box JTAG driver is not installed. What device exactly appears in PC Device Manager when You connect Box to PC? Should appears "HSJTAG VOx100" device. Make screenshot of Device Manager and post it here.

Also try to install drivers manually from the Software folder.
