Download the Factory files for SM-J100M from support that are compatible with your build and boot ver with the Pit file click factory repair load the files and write or use the Newest Ver of Odin add the files with the Pit and write and afterwards about
20 mins phone should boot normal

Accordingly to your Software log, "Smart Repair" operation was performed successfully and correctly. If the device doesn't go into Download Mode, here can be two main reasons of this problem - device has HW issue (problem with eMMC chip) or boot in firmware file, which You have used for repairing, are not suitable (not compatible) with your phone revision (boot loaders are older (has lower version) than should be in your phone, thus the phone can't go into Download Mode because of enabled boot downgrade protection). Try to perform "Factory Repair" operation using proper PIT file and the latest original full Samsung firmwares.
