hello all ....

my brother phone is protected by pin code and it's : Xiaomi Redmi 4 (4X) ... model is : mag138 and the Chipset : Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435 ....



the bootloader is locked so no way to upload TWRP and no way to unlock it because i'll lose my data ...



i try to force the phone to enter the 9008 mode to make a full dump by make a short in testpoint

im in 9008 is there anyway to dump full image via box or jtag solution please i need the data !!

Yes, You can try to connect this device via USB and read Full flash from it, but most likely, user data is encrypted in this device and it will be no possible to extract data from it, but You can try.

To connect this device via USB and read Full flash, try to do the following:

1. Install the latest version of Medusa Pro Software (http://medusabox.com/eng/download/software).
2. Download and install SRF (Smart Repair File) for "Xiaomi Redmi 4 (4x)" from the Support Area (via "Download *.srf" button in Software).
3. Select "USB" option in Software.
4. Select "Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X" Software list (model will appear in Software list after SRF installation).
5. Connect the phone in "Qualcomm...9008" Mode to PC. If necessary, use Test Point ("Pinout" button in Software) and install Qualcomm USB driver.
6. Disconnect TP and press "Connect" button in Software.
7. When device will be connected successfully, select "Full" option in Software and press "Read" button.

solved by choose custom settings and i choose Qualcomm MSM8940 then Qloader_v1

i extract the image ( CoreID_0006B0E1_٠٦_٠٢_٢٠١٨_١٣_١١_١٣.bin ) how to know if the data is encrypted !! and how to extract my data from image ?

You can try to open dump in "Content Extractor" ("Open from file" button), if Software will detect file system, You can try to extract data.

the userdata.img in encrypted !! what to do in this case how i can break the encryption !!

Unfortunately, no solution on how to decrypt data at the moment.
