Dear octopus team, I have this error when I try to open the LG module, I have it activated but I get this message

Searching for server...
Server greeting: "Card updates server v.2.2"
Searching installed cards...
Found card with s/n 0000516F
Selected card: 000000516F
Updates count: 4
Updates limit: 7
Activations:
- LG - FULL (ver 2.5)
- Samsung - FULL (ver 2.5)
- JTAG - NO
- FRP - NO
Activation string checking failed!
Please, contact to Your reseller.

can you help me fix this error

Hello.

Please, uncheck "Use string option" and try to update card manually again, after then download and install the latest Software version and try to launch Software
