Fully charge phone's battery, connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extension cards, this is important) and try to write firmware again. Try to write other firmwares from the Support Area. Try to write firmware on another PC, try to use another Micro USB cable.

Already tried all ,2-3 pc,battery full charge but try with direct cable now as i am using 1.5 meter long cable.Also downloaded 10b version from support
