Hello.

Please, disconnect all other device from PC, connect the phone directly to USB port of your PC, don't use HUBS, then put the phone into download mode manually (Power phone OFF,
press and hold "Vol+" button and connect the cable (or P990 cable)) and follow Software instructions.

lg octoplus 2.4.7 does not contain frp reset option for ls996??

Hello.

Unfortunately, Reset FRP is currently not supported for this phone model, for now it's removed from the Software, it was added in test mode.

Please, share the method or post here full Software log of Reset FRP for this device and we will add into the Software.

I have change the model to lg g4 (sprint) in your software and apply frp reset to lg ls996 .it works
