Hi Octopus team i have a problem with LG F160LV cant flash always error may be its firmwere issu phone problem is wrong pattern cant be hard reset

Try to make Reset Pattern Lock ("Reset Pattern Lock" button in the Software).

Am also try to do that but not work any other firmware on support erea i have kdz file for F160LV how can i convert only tot file supported

Currently only "*.tot" files can be converted for this device. Post here (or send us to PM) link for this "*.kdz" firmware, we will try to convert it for You tomorrow and, if will not be problems with converting, we will send You converted firmware.
