i do already but still same problem

After what actions with the phone its IMEI was damaged? Does the phone work correctly? Is network available (active)?

Actually i want to factory reset my phone and the mistake is that i click on reset security button...i also backup phone and after write the backup on phone imei show unknown and network lost
