First Phone Problem in IMEI Missing . I try to flash with Octopus Box

Flashing Success After Flash Stuck on "Factory Reset Status 3"

First Flash this firmware on Box Support site : LGH845AT-00-V20e-CIS-XX-MAY-02-2017+0

Then Try to This Firmware : H845 20c_00_OPEN_ESA_DS_OP_0323

But After Same Problem

How to Solve This Problem

Please, try to perform Hard Reset via keys' combination.

Try to do "Reset Security" from Download Mode. Also we will upload V20D firmware into the Support Area, when firmware will be available, try to write this firmware.

I try to Reset Security on Download mode but After note change Normal Mode

Try to reflash the phone with firmware from the Support Area.

Ya i Try to Re flash this firmware on support site LGH845AT-00-V20d-CIS-XX-MAR-07-2017+0

Unfortunately, we have no other solution for this issue. Try also to write firmware using original LG tools (LGUP or Mobile Support Tool).
