As i can see from the video, the device is Unlocked, but Yoг have some network issue. Did You try to select network type manually? Please, make sure that IMEI is not blacklisted in your country.

It was unlocked, but after reflash to stock it start network locked
Im from Ukraine what blacklist you talking about?
This phone have not original security, but you say me it can be unlocked in update thread, and it not work. But another tmobile in past works good after flash stock.
