Hello.

Please, make sure that You perform these steps:
To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do one of the following:

Enable "USB Debugging" mode;
Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*960# for coresponding Android version 5.x or 6.x, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".
Also make sure that You install all drivers according to the Software manual, phone must be connected via USB cable directly to USB port of your PC, don't use USB HUBS.

after flash in model H960TR no network
i tried repair imei with octopus ..
imei ok but no network
maybe it need qcn file
