Please, make screenshot of your device manager with connected box and card, after post here or send us screenshot we will check it.

i update 2 times but same problem

now the card update count is zero

Please, try to do next: (official we haven't support Windows XP, please install Software and connect box to PC with Win 7 / 8 10 versions) remove card from box, clean all contacts, insert back into box and try to update card again, if problem still remain, remove card from box, insert into another card reader, dongle and try to update card, if problem still remain, most likely your card is damaged via third party Software.

Please install the latest Software version, then try to update the card again.
If problem will remain - check that there is no firewall, antivirus or scanning software enabled that would be contributing to this problem.
