hi

cant conect to repair imei , folow all instruction , phone is lollipop android

Hello.

Please do the next:
1. Connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port.
2. Select "Charge only" connection mode.
3. Go to "Settings -> Networks -> Tethering & Networks -> Turn on "USB tethering".
4. Press "Read Info" button in Software.

Try to use standard micro USB cable and P999 cable (with 910kOm resistor) for connection. Post here full Software log of "Read Info" operations.

Downgrade firmware, make Repair IMEI or Unlock and update firmware to Android 5.x.x. Currently only such solution.

Can i downgrade 5 version to 4.4.2 without any problem?

Always exists small risk to damage phone's boot loaders during downgrading phone's firmware. You can do this for your own risk.
