Hello.

What is exact state of the phone after "Repair" operation?

Have You tried to reflash the phone? To perform "Write Firmware" operation, do the next:
1. Power phone OFF.
2. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone.
3. Connect phone with P999 cable (with 910kOm resistor) and power it ON.
4. Select "Tegra" connection mode.
5. Select firmware file.
6. Click "Write firmware" button.
7. Follow software instructions (prompts).

What exactly You mean by "not connect phone"? What devices appear in PC Device Manager when You connect the phone directly to PC via P999 cable? What appears on phone's screen?

Please try to perform "Repair" operation with different firmwares (try to use V10, V20, V30 firmwares from the Support Area).

If problem will remain the same for different firmwares, then, most likely, your device has HW problem.
