good morning, I have an LG-LMX410BTW that the customer was 6 months stopped to change the front and changed it and he forgot the password and not to lose the data, there is some way to remove it without losing the data.

bom dia, estou com um LG-LMX410BTW que o cliente estava a 6 meses parado para trocar a frontal e troquei e ele esqueceu a senha e nao que perder os dados, tem alguma forma de remover sem perder os dados.
