Hi.

Thanks for good report, but M150 is already supported in the latest Software version, just install it (https://octoplusbox.com/en/download/software/) and select M150 in Software list. Please always use the latest Software version.

Most likely, your device has HW issue(s). Try to write/update original firmware using LGUP tool. If the problem with whiting still remains, check HW.

Try to write/update original firmware using LGUP tool. If the problem with whiting still remains, check HW.
