I write v30 32gb all file and write downgrade v20 but same my phone tuch is OK I upgrade v30 and tuch problem help not a try plz test the file

We have uploaded new V30 firmware for D802 into the Support Area (D802_V30d_00_32Gb). Try to reflash the phone with this firmware.
If problem will remain the same, then, as we already asked You previously, make sure that phone's model is exactly "D802", without any letters (for example D802T, D802TR, D802TR).

it's a not D802 model , look at the motherboard behind the camera you will find the correct model and flash it again.
