Unfortunately, currently we have no rooting Software/exploit for this device with Android 5.x.x firmwares. Try to install, update to the latest version and use the "Nexus 5 Root Software" from the Support Area (folder "LG/FOR UNLOCK AND REPAIR/").

Nexus Toolkit is succesfuly rooted 5.0.1 MY Problem is solved thank your soo much :)
