The problem is You have skiped Read/Write QCN during of Repair IMEI procedure. Now You need to find or read out QCN from the same device with working (active) 3G network and write this QCN into your phone. Also, try to write QCN, that we have sent You to PM, then insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and check, whether 3G is active.

already try that i have opened a new D855 and did a READ qcn AND read security and then
write to the problematic D855 it worked for about a hour and got back to the problem with 3G network..

Try to re-flash the phone; try to read out QCN from another one D855 and write it; try to make Factory/Hard reset.

did that already
flashed a stock firmware with lg flash tool
readed QCN from a new unopened phone
write the new Qcn to the bad phone
did factory reset and it is still the same

fix

Solution i have been Finding to work is either use the older version under 1.69 to repair and have no problem or
Dont use qcn at all on the lg , use just nvm backups only way to get lte again or 4g, you may have to write good nvm go back to old version and do it all over, but its what i found works consistently

And the the 3g/4g will not dissapear after a couple of days?
