LG G flex D958 network problem...


History of fault
Customer came to me said after software reinstalling from LG sim not detected. As he guess its a software matter..

Real condition
I insert sim and checked it. After insert sim it shows "emergency calls only". But sometime got "no service". After few min shows network name and came few signal bars. But I couldn't make call. But that signal bars only for few min and again it's showing "emergency calls" and "no service" time to time...

I can see some damages as a proof it disassemble before somewhere....

I wanna know...

1. As a experience and look like is it software matter or hardware matter? Because time to time changing its condition as i explained.

2. If software how to fix it step by step....?

Hello.

Try to write QCN file from the Support Area, then check whether phone obtains Network and works stable.

All QCN files You can find at the Support Area. To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software. Please follow this Path: /LG/QCN/

Are you Check imei? Is clean or blocked ?
