Tried again keep fail when do manual download mode. I then tried again but plug into box USB port then its work.

Please perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect cable
2. Put phone into download mode manually Power phone OFF, press and hold "Vol+" button and connect the cable
3. Connect cable and press "Ok" button. another time using USB on box and now its work
