Please download and install latest test software version 3.0.2.03 from the Support Area (LG/TEST SOFTWARE/),put the phone into download mode then repeat the operation once again. We added you one more attempt.

To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.
