LG K430AR after imei NO LANGUAJE SPANISH


Help I repair imei for a LG K430AR (akka k10 LTE) and after this the phone have no languaje SPANISH, I try to write security backup but the phone not solved. I flashed with differents firmware and no result. I need a eeprom maybe because the phone have a messenge "current version in not available for user. can't find matched cust for NT-code mcc/mnc subset"
Please OCTOPUS TEAM need help now!.

(I have other phone LG K520DY in some conditions and some methods but not have result)
