trying to read info, write qcn but getting error!

Hello.

Please, perform these steps: To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Select "Charge Phone" in "USB PC Connection" menu. Type ##3424#, go to "Diag" menu and select "Enable". This menu is blocked by SPC/MSL and repeat Write QCN operation.

When dial this code (##3424#) phone asking for service code!

where to get this code???

Try to do the next:

1. Perform Read Security operation.
2. Reset Security operation (SPC will become 0000...)
3. Try to Write QCN file.
4. Post here full Software log.

Read security ok but reset security failed!

Try to perform "Read security" and "Reset security" operations from Download (Emergency) Mode. Put the phone in Download Mode manually and perform the operations. Post the result.

software always stuck here after phone reboot!!!
