Hi.

Have You tried to insert different SIM cards? What phone "say", when You insert SIM card? Does the phone accept SIM cards?

Just as a note for the team I had done the following tests:

1. Wrote Sec file from working M150 ("Still nothing")
2. Wrote NVM file from working M150 ("NO GO")
3. Wrote QCN file from working M150 ("NO GO")

With all those 3 test phone is still showing permanent locked, not sure where would the issue might be, will keep testing.
