erorr "card not found" in Octopus


HELLOO

i have two pc with below config.... but i cant runinig Octopus 1.4.3 in pc2

Although drivers is installed in two pc and everything is good, but in the PC 2 give erorr "card not found" .

and this moment removed from the device manager "smart cards"

please help me

Hello.

Try to do the next:
1. Connect the Box directly to another motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB cards.
2. Re-install Box and Card drivers.
3. Re-boot the PC.
4. Install the latest Software version (Software).
5. Run the Software.
6. Write here the result.

sometime give me "security error"

i do again install smartcard2000 but same problem

Most likely, there is no enough power in used USB port.

Download this Drivers from here

After Reinstall this drivers ...
Go to device manager > Right click generic smartcard > update drivers ..

After reinstall reboot computer and try it . may be this work ..

Note : Always use Direct USB port in CPU Mother board.

mr this software dont have "smart cards" and only have "smart card readers" that not compatible with Octopus

If "in two pc and everything is good, but in the PC 2 " - most likely, the problem is in your PC. Try to connect the the Box into another motherboard USB port. Try to take out card from the Box, clean card's contacts, put the card back into the Box and try again. Try to put the card into another Box, try to put the card into external card
reader.
