If USB Debuggin Mode is not turned on on your device, currently is not possible to Reset Screen Lock without data losing.

phone its screen lock i can't turn on the USB Debuggin....too bad to clear data..

Try to put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode and then perform Reset Screen Lock operation from this Mode.
