Please, perform operation once again and put the phone in EDL Mode (Qualcomm 9008) correctly:

1. Press and hold "Vol-" and "Power" buttons.

2. As soon as the screen turns off, keep holding the "Vol-" and "Power" buttons and simultaneously press "Vol+" few times quickly.

3. Check PC Device Manager, a new device should appear "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008".
