Smile LG X420HM IMEI not repaired [Solved]


Tried to repair IMEI on a X420HM, box consumed credits but IMEI remains unchanged, can anyone help me? i have already sent octoplus support a private message but no answer, cant post log here because it says i cant post links, im low on posts
