LM-K420EMW Repair IMEI [Answered] - GSM-Forum

I did LG-LMK420EMW Imei repair. The operation was successful. I did a hard reset after the operation, but the old imei numbers are still there. Moreover, my 100 credits were cut and I don't have any other credits in my account to try again. Can you please help?

I started the process, restart and turn it off, when I saw the text Connect as a modem, I canceled the process to reinstall the driver because the computer did not see it as a modem. Credit cut again. I can't understand why credit is deducted from an incomplete transaction. Could you please redefine?

Also, the computer only defines it as a USB serial port. I downloaded a new driver from octoplus support, it is not in the options there. Could you please add the driver that I can show as a usb modem?

The whole procedure goes smoothly but the imei numbers do not change. If there is nothing else we can add, I will return the phone to the customer.

Credit cut again. I can't understand why credit is deducted from an incomplete transaction. Could you please redefine?

I downloaded a new driver from octoplus support, it is not in the options there. Could you please add the driver that I can show as a usb modem?
