Please, download and install latest test Software v. 3.1.6.05 from Support Area (Path:/SOFTWARE/Octoplus LG/TEST SOFTWARE/install_octoplus_octopus_LG_3.1.6.05.exe)

Then repeat operation once again and post here results. We will check it.

Note: Read attentive Software instructions.

Most likely something blocking connection with our server, please make sure if you have disabled antivirus, firewall etc.

Do you use any USB hubs or USB extension cables? Try to use other USB port directly on motherboard.
