Try to reflash the phone to V20 version of firmware then repeat Repair Imei.

Input Service Code ("000000");
Go to "W2BI - TEST SETTING" and select "W2BI SETTING ENABLE";
Go to "Port check test" and select "Enable".

Please connect the phone into another USB port from your motherboard and repeat the operation once again.

Also, use only stock original USB cable.
