i got lm-x120emw phone hang logo,
that my customer say he was unlocked phone using octoplus credits that he was done end of February,
phone log was say unlock success and deduct credits but phone hang logo.

now he dont have log file or any backups to provide here but have user name password used to unlock,

username : rubantim5373

is that any possible way to fix this phone????
pls support team, i know octplus is best solution maker and they will fix it.

Unfortunately, we can't provide support without Software logs:

2. Server Credits issues
Server credits issues, like credits loss, double charge must be reported as soon as possible to the following e-mail [email protected], but not later than 7 days after operation has been performed. Issue report must contain log files, box serial number and Octoplus credits username.
Be aware that outdated claims will be declined. For more information please refer to Credits Issues Troubleshooting on our web or support forum.

Besides, there are no any operations from this username rubantim5373 for whole last month
