Hello.

Please, download and install latest test Software version from the Support Area, after repeat Unlock operation again.

We've already released test Software version, why You didn't accept installation when Software provide it for You

Unfortuantely, there are two problems, first that You aren't able to install latest Software update 2.9.9. It was released two days ago! Is it so hard to accept isntallation request from the Software when You launch it?

The second one, You aren't able to read this thread attentive:

Hello.

We added you one more attempt.

Please download and install latest test software version 3.0.1.02 from the Support Area (LG/TEST SOFTWARE/), put the phone into download mode then repeat the Unlock operation once again.
