LM-X210CM Unlock problem [Solved]

Hello, the unlock process using SDCard because of android 8.1 goes smooth but after it starts with a inserted simcard the phone says it has being locked permanently and it says Network locked, insert the SIM...

The solution is to enable Port check test before attempting to unlock the second time, while the options are given, as per the android 7.x instructions.
Then the rest of the unlocking procedure goes well.
This little detail is not mentioned in the instructions for android 8.1.0
