Hello.

As can we see from the software log, your phone was successfully unlocked.

Please insert SIM card, type *#06# and make a video with phone's screen, where we can see, that device is locked, then send us link with video we will check.

before it was asking for network unlock code after unlock it was asking for unlock code 7 attempts remain. then after reset security: this phone is permanently locked and can not be unlocked

We recommended to read atentitive software manual before do any operations.
