This Software version is outdated! Is it so hard to accept updates when Software request to do that?!

What is the exact state of your device? As i can see from the Software log, your phone's IMEI is already damaged: "IMEI: 000000-00-000000-0"

phone state was good just i try to unlock it i backup phone good security and qcn. imei was ok.
