Factory Data Reset??

Is it really necessary to do Factory Data Reset? My customer doesn't want to loose her phone contents... Is there a way around wiping data??

Hello.

If device get Unlocked and IMEI is correct after Unlock operation, You may don't perform Factory Data Reset operation.
