I want to repair the v20 imei, but I got into trouble

yes i did
but still stock on that commands
and not recognize the phone

can i flash with
H990ds10f_00_OPEN_AU_DS_OP_0923.kdz
for downgrade firmware security ? or its caused damage to phone?

No need flash, re-boot the phone, reconnect it again, select "Files transfer" connection mode, enable diag and perform the operation again.
