Phone Still Locked!! Already flashed with LS995ZV3_17.S3_17.P51098.oct from support
Service disabled.

With SIM card say unfortunately the process has stopped com.android.phone

Please, reflash the phone with the latest firmware version with 5.x version, after repeat Unlock operation and post here result.
