Hello.

You can try unlocked your phone via special firmware "LS998V20a_to_US998V10d_for_unlock.oct".

he might of flashed that firmware and it unlock no need to preform unlock after that ... just input a different simcard and double check most of the new sprint LG's they simply flash a open firmware and no need to unlock ...

We don't test operation on 28x version of firmware, but on 26x version everything works fine
