I use *#546368#*160# port check test enabled but phone not found
Any idea give me please

Hello.

Please, make sure that You connect the device according to the Software manual, phone must be in File transfer mode and DIAG port must be enabled, then You can try to perform Unlock operation.

Please, connect phone via USB cable to PC, then on phone' screen swipe down and Select File Transfer, then press Always, after try to perform Unlock operation
