if i see in backcover i see model LG D820
but when read info show D821
which correct model D820 or D821??

okey...but i have new problem.my device can't enter to download mode.when press Vol+ and insert usb cable go to fastboot mode.
my device in condition when power on stuck on recovery logo

first power off phone open octopus box select mmodel go to manual tab and read info how to put emergency mode

in manual tab for enter emergency mode is press vol+ then insert usb cable.
but my device going to fastboot mode not to download mode or emergency mode

there is a manual for such problem you can solved it by writing aboot, recovery ,boot etc for more info check out the LG main section
